Returns
A straightforward process, from return request to refund confirmation.
Return window
Notify us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return an eligible online purchase. Items must be unworn, unused and returned with their original tags and packaging.
How to start a return
Email eporeparis@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want to return before sending anything. We will reply with the return instructions. Unless an item is faulty or we agree otherwise, return shipping is paid by the customer.
Refunds
Returned items are inspected on arrival. When a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method and we send a confirmation email. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs if an item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate next step. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
